On November 8th, 2023, we kicked off this series by hosting an exclusive webinar featuring industry leader Patrick Stone, Chairman & Founder of Williston Financial Group, and moderated by Equity’s president, James O'Donnell.

Patrick Stone is the founder and chairman of Williston Financial Group, which owns WFG National Title Insurance Company, a top ten national title insurance company. He has served in ‘C’ levels positions for a range of industry companies in his nearly 40-year career, including a multi-year Vice Chairmanship of a top 20 mortgage lender.

In the hour-long webinar, Patrick shared his unique insights and predictions for Q4 2023 and beyond, including mortgage interest rates and housing inventory expectations, foreclosure and commercial real estate trends, and what it will take to thrive in the months and quarters that lie ahead. 

The webinar was ideal for mortgage professionals in leadership positions as well as sales positions, as well as realtors and their agents.
