About Us

Equity National is a different kind of title company.

For over a dozen years, Equity National was a leading title company, predominantly servicing New England and the Northeastern states. From this experience came extensive expertise dealing with the unique complexities of the region. We built tools to capture the different ways loans were 'settled' and titles underwritten in our original states. We then built training programs to teach our people not just the 'standard' transaction, but the differences state to state, and in some cases, town to town. We recently took this knowledge-acquisition competence into over 30 new states; now, as of January 1st, 2007, we are able to provide services in all 48 US states, for both refinance and purchase money transactions.

We hope you will read more about the innovative growth of Equity National in the pages listed to the left - it's a pretty interesting story. It's definitely not your typical title company story! But then, we are a very different kind of title company.
