Secure Collateral seeks to join with those appraisers who are skilled and competent to provide the highest quality products and services available in the market place. We have a special need for appraisers approved by HUD/FHA. We offer a full suite of valuation products to meet our Client’s needs. Appraisal services will require Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac forms for 1-to 4- family dwellings, manufactured homes, condominiums, cooperatives and land. Additional services will include desk and field reviews. For typical assignments, fees and performance requirements are pre-established dependent on your geographic area of expertise.

Secure Collateral is committed to providing each of our vendor partners with the highest level of quality service in the industry. We refer to the initial sign-up experience as the “Vendor On-Boarding” process. This function of engaging the vendor partner for the first time is critical to the overall relationship, and we take great care to ensure it is a positive event. You will be provided with one main point of contact with a dedicated Appraisal Operations Specialist who is readily available Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST. We also provide you a personal user sign-on and password during enrollment. This allows each of our vendor partners secure access to our vendor portal which is used to receive, track, and send reports. And for those complicated valuation problems, you can speak directly with senior professional appraisers on staff when you need to discuss and clarify appraisal issues. We know that prompt payment is important. Each order completed is processed via an auto-pay system.
To become a member of our impressive vendor partner roster, we will need your licensing and E&O information. Each appraiser is approved individually.

Each Vendor Partner is continuously monitored and scored for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Our appraisal Quality Control process assures each report has undergone a thorough review process to insure that the report uses appropriate appraisal theory and practice for the property type and geographic locale. We have a series of control points that begins with the use of qualified appraisers and culminates with a valuation report that complies with the premises of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) and with the guidelines of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA).
Our collaborative approach with each one of our vendor partners establishes the expectations, consistency, and commitment by both parties. Our goal is simple… listen to our vendor and client partners in order to create a process providing exceptional service first time, every time!
