Equity National’s valuation division, Secure Collateral, offers a complete suite of traditional appraisal products through a nationwide network of licensed real estate appraisers we refer to as our Extended Family of Service Providers. Our proven team delivers reliable appraisals quickly and accurately.
To meet our own high standards, all appraisals are completed in accordance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and in compliance with USPAP and FIRREA regulations. If needed, we can also customize our appraisal reports to meet your specific requirements.

Equity National, our title services division, is a different kind of title company. Since 1989, Equity National Title has served clients in New England and throughout the north east, designing training programs to teach our team how loans were settled and titles were underwritten in each state.
