At Equity National, we believe in a philosophy of operating nationally and giving back locally. We know that we can make the greatest impact on our communities by supporting causes that are important to our employees and their families. By helping to provide financial and volunteer support to dozens of charitable and community-focused organizations, we hope that our work is contagious.

Through E3// Service Day Program, coordinated through our Human Resource department, employees can dedicate a work day to providing service to a not-for-profit or charitable organization of their choice. During our monthly company meeting, we enjoy showcasing the experiences of individuals who participate in the program in hopes that others will be inspired to give back too!

We sponsor a Cash for Jeans Day on Friday and 100% of all proceeds are donated to a weekly charity of choice -Doctors without Borders and Habitat for Humantiy to name a few. Our contributions may be small compared to the need, but we like to think that if every company participated in a small way, the impact would be great.
