Closing Event Management

At Equity National, we do things a little differently. We closely manage the closing event and all transactions leading up to it. We provide assurance that your loan will close by participating in two telephone calls around the closing event. The first call is made by us to the closing agent at the initation of closing to verify that it is on time and as scheduled. The second call is made by the closing agent to Equity National within fifteen minutes after the loan is closed in order to verify that the event went smoothly and all parties are satisfied. We go the extra distance.

// Post-Closing Review
Post-closing review includes an audit of the executed loan documentation for completeness and recordability. All documents are scanned and uploaded to the EN secure web portal for immediate viewing.

// Disbursements
At Equity National, we disburse all funds from the transaction at one central location to allow for a secure and timely funding process. Equity National provides closing services for conventional, FHA and VA residential loans, and for small commercial loans. Our settlement services include preparation of loan documents and disbursement of funds.
