Witness/Execution of Closing Documents

Description: Witness and execution of closing documents with title insurance or property report. Closing agent “witnesses” the transaction. Agent does not prepare documents or disburse funds. The Client will provide all documentation, title clearance, payoffs and checks. The closing agent schedules the closing, witnesses and notarizes documents in accordance with your written instructions.

• EN will file the Mortgage (optional)
• The Client is responsible for satisfying all title requirements and providing appropriate documentation to EN
• Wide variety of choices for execution of documents: closing at a bank branch, attorney’s office, travel to convenient location selected by the borrower, or borrower’s home
• Execution/witness of miscellaneous loan-related documents can be conducted for an additional fee
