Through Secure Collateral, our real estate valuation division, Equity National uses web-based technology to develop relevant reports of REO properties — inspecting subject properties, and providing photographs and information on observable conditions. Equity National enlists the services of a large network of seasoned Certified Appraisers trained in handling challenging markets and the pressures of foreclosure appraisals.  We deliver REO appraisal services including: full interior and exterior inspections, detailed photo descriptions, loss mitigation, electronic delivery, online status wtih 24/7 access, a highly competitive fee schedule and expedited turn times.

Our internal staff is comprised of highly-qualified professionals experienced in quality control. We provide lenders and loan servicers with quality traditional 1004 REO appraisals that provide all of the detailed information that is required to make the best possible decision on reconciled values and disposition strategies for non-performing single-family real estate assets. This report form is designed to report an appraisal of a one-unit property or a one-unit property with an accessory unit; including a unit in a planned unit development (PUD), based on an interior and exterior inspection of the subject property. The REO addendum is also included which provides an itemized cost of repairs as well as an "as-is" and "as-repaired" value.

Portfolio Review Products

Equity National offers multiple portfolio review products. Each is a unique auditing tool that can accurately predict quick sale values on servicing portfolios in foreclosure or those properties which are lender-owned.  The program is predicting auction value with very accurate post-mortem data. Photographs and subject property data are added to the enhanced report, which transform the product into a more valuable solution than the existing BPO.
