Bright people create bright ideas, and our unique process moves and shapes them into service enhancements or competitive advantages for us and for our customers. Our innovations in applying the lean cell model to the service industry along with our real-time customer satisfaction measures have led the way. We have also innovated in applying technology through the development of our secure online closing experience. And more recently, we have taken our business process competency out to share with our customers.
