Equity National is proud to be able to provide our best-in-class title & closing services for both refinance and purchase transaction orders in all 48 states! We have been building toward this competency over the past two years, taking the time and putting in the hard work to do it right, so that our customers would continue to experience the same level of quality service in all geographic areas. We took a different approach to extending our services across the country. We wanted to be in control of the process and not leave anything to chance. Every state is different, each with hidden layers of nuances and quirks in the way transactions are settled. Building on the approach we took to master the peculiarities of our original states (New England) we painstakingly built a knowledge base state by state until we gained the expertise for every state in the country. We then created an extensive training program for all our employees so we each could be as knowledgeable anywhere in the country as we have been in the northeastern states.
Now, starting January 1st, 2007, we are confidently accepting nationwide orders for both refinance and purchase transactions in all 48 contiguous states!
