Process:

We have invested over 3 years in developing 'agile business processes' and 'lean cell service teams' to maximize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

These are innovations taken from world-class manufacturers, which we are unique in applying to the settlement services business. We employ Six Sigma as a continuous improvement tool and not only have black belts on staff but an entire leadership team trained and experienced with this tool. Our entire workforce gets basic level training on Six Sigma.

Technology:

Unlike most national title agents, we have developed, operate and continually improve our own production system. It gives us control and allows us to make changes immediately to improve service or meet a customer expectation.

Our on-line system is the electronic gateway to our customer's secure files. Through this connection, they can place orders, review statuses and retrieve documents as well as communicate in real time with their service team - along with gain instant access to senior management through an escalation process. This system is linked with our customer's LOS to allow them to view all this in real-time 24/7. Customers linking with this way report the greatest productivity savings as well as a greater ability for them to serve their customers.
