To ensure a repeatable and dependable service experience for our customers we have built processes that are optimized and measured for performance and quality. From the beginning of the order through the disbursement of the funds, we don't leave anything to chance. Our processing system integrates phone, web, email, and order data into one file. The entire process is automatically monitored and measured to ensure timely delivery of service. We know when something is going wrong and take steps to resolve the issue before it becomes a problem.

Integration to your LOS

Equity has been leading the industry in the area of Technology Integration. This has been possible because of our proactive participation in standards organizations (such as MISMO) and our partnering with LOS developers (such as Calyx). We have been able to develop several tools that make the ordering, status, document downloading, and communication processes more effective and easier for our customers. These tools are, essentially, easy-to-use interfaces between your LOS and our Production Management System. The result is a streamlined method for you to complete tasks and get updates on all orders in the pipeline.

Web Access to All File Details

We have developed a customer interface that is unique to the industry. This interface provides you with direct access into our production system database. The same real-time data that is captured in our system is available for you to view or download through our Web Portal. In addition, this portal can be used as an instant messaging system to our production team. This MessageQ tool is a direct link to our staff. And all communication through MessageQ is permanently stored within the file.
