We created a custom 7-day application-to-close process for refinance transactions for one national lender, including customized integration into their loan origination system. This cut the lender's cycle time by over 65% and allowed them to lock in their customers earlier in the process.
We created a custom process for a bond agency that shifts the complexities of the agency's unique requirements into Equity's standard service process. This greatly simplified the process for lenders wishing to work with the bond agency, improved the quality of service, and reduced the overall cycle time freeing up more funds for the agency to offer to prospective borrowers.
